We’re excited to announce the launch of SolusGuard Messaging, a major update to our mobile safety application that significantly expands how teams can stay connected—especially in remote and high-risk environments. This new feature empowers users to communicate directly through the SolusGuard app using in-app messaging, improving flexibility, clarity, and safety across your organization.
With this update, users can now message one-on-one or in groups with any other SolusGuard user in their organization, outside of the alert-focused My Alert Feed (formerly called My Activity). This creates a clear separation between general communication and critical alert activity—streamlining response efforts when it matters most.
For our satellite users, the SolusGuard mobile safety app can now be used as a more robust direct and group messaging tool – improving communication capabilities in locations without cellular service.

Wearable panic button users will no longer see a device tab. All information and functionality found under the device tab can now be found in the blue device footer at the bottom of the home screen. Additional device information and functionality can be accessed through the app menu in the top right corner.
Wearable panic button only users will now see a dedicated SOS tab. This is where they can access the in-app SOS button and blue device footer at the bottom of the screen to manage the wearable panic button.
Many of our customers asked for more robust and flexible communication tools to enhance safety in the field. This release is a direct response to that feedback—and part of our ongoing commitment to innovate with purpose.
At SolusGuard, we believe that safety is more than just responding to emergencies—it’s about staying connected, always. SolusGuard Messaging makes that easier than ever.
